Today our honey sampling kit arrived from The National Honey Monitoring Scheme their aim is to use honeybees to monitor long-term changes in the condition and health of the UK countryside, we at Foxes Local Honey felt that we wanted to join the sampling program, as this could help us with care of our bees as new discoveries are made. It may also let us know what our bees have been foraging on.
